Tarihte 31 Mart olay\u0131 diye bilinen gerici ayaklanmayla ayn\u0131 g\u00fcnde kabul edilmesi i\u00e7in hukuk tan\u0131mazl\u0131k yan\u0131nda, zor kullan\u0131mlarla yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 umar\u0131z sadece rastlant\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nBilim ve ak\u0131ldan uzak, \u00f6zg\u00fcrce d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyen, yorumlamayan, sorgulamayan, ara\u015ft\u0131rmayan e\u011fitim sistemi \u00e7a\u011fa uygun hale getirilmeli, alt ve \u00fcst yap\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131, program\u0131, e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntem ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ba\u015ftan sona \u00e7a\u011fa uygun \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>\nOkuma yazma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki 10 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n ki\u015fiye de okuma yazma \u00f6\u011fretilmemesi \u00fclkemiz ad\u0131na y\u00fczkaras\u0131 utan\u00e7t\u0131r. Okuma yazma bilmeyen annenin \u00e7ocu\u011funa ihalesiz tablet bilgisayarla \u00f6\u011fretim tekni\u011fi de olsa olsa yeni getirim kap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>AKP ve MHP\u2019nin birlikte kotard\u0131klar\u0131 yasa ile 1739 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n 25. maddesine yasan\u0131n 9. maddesi ile \u201cortaokul ve liselerde, Kuran-\u0131 Kerim ve Hz. Peygamberimizin hayat\u0131\u201d iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 se\u00e7meli ders olarak okutulur.\u201d denilmek suretiyle \u201cd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ve vicdan\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr\u201d nesiller yerine, Ba\u015fbakan\u0131n deyimiyle \u201cdindar\u201d nesiller yeti\u015ftirilecek. 2-3 din profes\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn bile yan yana geldi\u011finde ortak noktada anlam\u0131n\u0131 anlatamad\u0131klar\u0131 Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerimi okullarda se\u00e7meli ders olarak kabul edilmesinin amac\u0131 da orta\u00e7a\u011f anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla dinden ge\u00e7inmek, Emevi-Abbasi Kur&#8217;an anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Anadolu insan\u0131na zorla dayatmakt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131 tekrarlamam\u0131z do\u011fru de\u011fil\u201d diyerek bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, ilke ve hedeflerini de ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Siyaseti temel ama\u00e7 olarak ortaya koyan Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 fonksiyonunu tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkenin b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi, par\u00e7alanmas\u0131, kin ve nefret tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n tekrar ye\u015fermemesi, Dersim, Mara\u015f, Sivas, \u00c7orum, Gazi olaylar\u0131n\u0131n benzerinin ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fta camiler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm ibadethaneler usul\u00fcne uygun olarak yerel y\u00f6netimlere, tarikatlara, cemaatlere devredilmeli, giderleri yerel y\u00f6netimlere iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6denecek inan\u00e7 vergisi ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Camilerden ba\u015fka yerlerde ibadet edenlerden al\u0131nan vergilerle cami g\u00f6revlilerine maa\u015f vermek, giderlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak zaten Kuran\u2019a g\u00f6re haramd\u0131r. Kul hakk\u0131n\u0131n yenmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda 771 milyon olan Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7esi 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3,9 Milyar TL\u2019ye, 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda 12 Milyar, 854 milyon olan Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7esi 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 39 milyar 169 milyona ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n % 6\u2019s\u0131 kadar olan Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7esi, % 10 oran\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma amac\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Camiler, cem evleri, sinagoglar, kiliseler, havralar ibadet yeridir. Ne okullar ibadethaneye, nede ibadethaneler okula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmemelidir. E\u011fer aileler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na dini e\u011fitimi, terbiyeyi, inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 dini \u00f6\u011fretemiyor, anlatam\u0131yorsa do\u011frusunun \u00f6\u011fretilmesinde Devlet gerekli sorumlulu\u011funu yerine getirmelidir. Ancak bu g\u00f6rev Milli E\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131 aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmayla olmaz. \u201cZorla m\u0131 ders veriyoruz, istersen se\u00e7me\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 dayatmad\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ek M\u00fcsl\u00fcman zaten bu ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, zorlamay\u0131 yapmaz, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 yemez.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 bar\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u00fclkenin birlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc koruyarak kalk\u0131nm\u0131\u015f \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir \u00fclke olmay\u0131 istiyorsak gelin hep birlikte ahlakl\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp, namusluca karar vermek suretiyle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretelim. \u015eimdilik hi\u00e7 olmazsa referandum yaparak % 10\u201dnun \u00fczerindeki n\u00fcfus yo\u011funlu\u011funun bulundu\u011fu illerde K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi se\u00e7meli ders yapal\u0131m. \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fclteleri ve \u0130slam Enstit\u00fclerini de; T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, Arap\u00e7a ve \u0130ngilizce, Frans\u0131zca, \u0130spanyolca, Latince, \u00c7ince, Rus\u00e7a vs. dillerinden en az 2-3 tanesini \u00f6\u011frenen din g\u00f6revlisi ve e\u011fitimcisi yeti\u015ftiren yerlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrelim.
